Brew day strikes again!
Got the day off and my coworker/friend and I are making a Belgian Tripel. It will actually be my beer, but he’s coaching me through my second batch and first all grain brew. And letting me use his equipment no less. What a guy!
Off to get my passport picture taken and pick up some breakfast sandwiches from 1000 Park.
So my buddy gave me this the other day. It’s a tether car from the 50’s or 60’s maybe? I’d never seen one before but the YouTube videos look awesome! It needs a little engine work, but I’m deteined to get it screaming again! Apparently it can hit speeds upwards of 100 mph. We’ll see!
This is the label that my cousin made for my first beers. Love that it has my doggy on it!!
Bottled and waiting…still a couple weeks before I can enjoy it carbonated and cold. The suspense is killing me! I want to start a new batch ASAP.
Racked the beer into the secondary yesterday. Dry hopped with 2oz of Citra Hops. Smelled sooo good! It’s going to be a great first beer.
